By placing an order with THAVICI Vintage, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions:
1. Shipping Process
All watches are carefully inspected, documented, and securely packaged prior to shipment after we receive your payment. A record of the item’s condition is kept for internal verification purposes. We ship using reputable carriers and provide tracking information once available.
2. Carrier Liability
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, THAVICI Vintage is no longer responsible for the item. This includes, but is not limited to:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer
All risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer at the time the package is accepted by the shipping carrier.
3. Customs & International Shipping
For international orders, please note that we ship from the United States of America. Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import regulations. THAVICI Vintage is not liable for delays, rejections, holds, or fees imposed by customs authorities.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item or shipping price.
4. Shipping Timeframes
THAVICI Vintage has a 1-3 days processing time. While we aim to ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Any estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and do not constitute a binding agreement. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Insurance
Buyers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance or choose insured shipping options at checkout if available. If you wish to add insurance or require signature confirmation, please contact us prior to placing your order.
