All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of made to order, vintage and pre-owned timepieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. Each item is sold as-is and described to the best of our ability. Please read the full product description, examine all provided photos, and feel free to ask any questions prior to purchase.

Condition Disclaimer

All vintage watches sold are previously owned and may show signs of age-related wear, patina, or minor imperfections consistent with normal use over time. While we do our best to describe any notable defects or characteristics, buyers should understand that these items are not brand new and may not meet modern standards of performance or appearance.

Functionality

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product listing, we do not guarantee the mechanical operation, timekeeping accuracy, or long-term functionality of vintage watches. Buyers assume full responsibility for any necessary servicing, battery replacements, or mechanical repairs following purchase.

No Responsibility for Fit or Preference

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to review sizing, style, color, and design preferences prior to purchase. We are not responsible if the watch does not fit, is not to your personal taste, or does not suit your intended use.

Shipping & Transit Disclaimer

At THAVICI Vintage, every watch is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping. Once the item has been shipped, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or changes in condition that happen during shipping or after delivery. This includes damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or wear after the item leaves our facility. We are also not responsible for delays caused during shipping or customs in your country. Once the item has been shipped, the risk transfers to the buyer. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and/or using tracked delivery services.

Acknowledgment of Risk

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a vintage item “as-is,” and you accept the risks associated with the purchase of pre-owned goods, including the possibility of functional issues, cosmetic imperfections, and non-returnable nature of the transaction.

Legal Standing

This No Returns/No Refunds Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina/United States of America. By purchasing, the buyer agrees to these terms in full, and waives any right to dispute charges or initiate return/refund requests outside of these terms.
